His anthropological investigation results in a series of portraits of individuals that he invites to feel the same state of confusion. Claire and Siri is a unique collaboration between French and Norwegian artists Claire Jombart and Siri Knoeffler, who have painted together for nearly a decade. Their piece, Golden Root, captures the interplay of strength and delicacy in nature, inviting contemplation on balance and harmony. Through their dual perspectives, Claire and Siri encourages reflection on our own roots and our relationship with the natural world, posing profound questions about life’s meaning.

Bronze, 83x93x24 Victoire d’Harcourt, born in Bordeaux, explores the duality of strength and fragility in her mixed media sculptures. Influenced by her experiences in France, Tahiti, and Madagascar, d’Harcourt’s work often reflects a delicate balance between seemingly solid forms and the threads that hold them together. Her pieces invite viewers to consider the precarious nature of connections, posing questions about freedom and entrapment in a world where stability can be an illusion.
